Terms of Service
These terms apply to SEO-OS, an SEO research and planning tool operated by Lumaney (operated by Sérgio Taborda Duarte, Portugal). By using SEO-OS you agree to them.
1. The service
SEO-OS analyses websites and uses Google Ads keyword planning data to produce keyword research, topic clusters, page recommendations and reports. It is an internal tool for websites that Lumaney owns or manages, is in active development, and access is by invitation only.
2. Accounts and access
Only people authorised by Lumaney may use SEO-OS. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for connecting only Google accounts you are authorised to use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SEO-OS to break any law, to analyse websites you have no legitimate reason to research, to overload or disrupt other services, or in a way that breaches the terms of Google or other data providers.
4. Google data
Keyword data comes from the Google Ads API and is subject to Google's terms and policies. SEO-OS handles it as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Results
SEO-OS provides research and recommendations, not guarantees. Search metrics are estimates supplied by Google, and we do not promise any particular ranking, traffic or business result.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued while it is developed. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumaney is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on SEO-OS reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
